Holker performed in the closing and opening ceremonies during Earth, Wind and Fire in at the Olympic Games, 2002. Holker also appeared in Disney films High School Musical, and High School Musical 2, in addition. She's appeared in commercials and got into the Top 8 of the second season of So You Think You Can Dance. Additionally she performed on SYTYCD national tour. Louis Van Amstel choreographed a show called Ballroom with a Twist. She sang in Tried and True with Holker as well as Clay Aiken of American Idol. Holker is featured as Christina Perri's musical video "Jar of Hearts". Holker appeared on stage with Demi Lovato in the back between September and October in 2011. Holker has taught in various events and workshops across the US. Holker has been involved in choreography. Holker was a back-up dancer for Brian Friedman on The X Factor USA. The show featured her during Dancing with the Stars with Stephen Boss, April 30 2013. The performance was to a live performance by "Crystallize" performed by Lindsey Stirling.
